Is my city suitable for opening your franchise?
According to our global experience, we recommend starting a VR business if the population of your city exceeds approximately 60,000 people.
What kind of location(space/premises) do I need to find?
Before choosing the premises for your future venue it is crucial to decide what maximum number of players you would like to accommodate there. We have different tariff options and the gameplay will differ too.
Mini arenas 25 sqm (4 players)\ 50 sqm (8 players)
VR club 200 sqm (16 players)
Can I split a large arena into several smaller arenas?
Sure! But in order for technical limitations designed to protect our games you will have to purchase two or more subscriptions, according to the size of your premises and tablets in line with numbers of arenas.
What are the initial investments?
Investments will depend on your local market, but basically you will have to choose a tariff to use our software in accordance with your premises, do the renovation, purchase the necessary equipment (VR headsets, Wi-Fi router, a tablet. It will be from 2000$ to 5000$ depending on the number of players and your local market) and start promoting your venue. Depending on the number of players the total cost will differ. From 3000-5000$ for 4 players to 25000$ for 16 players.
How much will I earn and how much will I have to pay you?
There are several factors that affect your monthly revenue, such as capacity, maximum number of players in your venue, additional services, and an opportunity to offer package offers to your customers. We have a great variety of tariffs, so you could find a perfect option for you and to make a decision faster we also provide some approximate calculations for each type of arena.

There isn't much text in the games, and if there is a request for translation into the local language, which is not in the list now, we can do it within a week, and all texts will be translated. If you find any inaccuracies in the translation, we will correct them immediately. Speaking about voiceover translation, it is more complicated. Currently we don’t have voice actors who could re-translate so many characters' lines into local languages. And even if we outsource this task, we won’t be able to guarantee translation accuracy. But this issue is negotiable and we can find a solution that satisfies both parties by joint efforts on request.
Can I buy all the equipment with you?
We are developers, not manufacturers and the logistics across the world might be challenging. Therefore it will be more convenient and cheaper for you to buy everything within your local market. But we will provide you with all the recommendations on brands and models of all the necessary equipment and, for sure, instructions on how to install and operate the software and a comprehensive support to answer all of your questions and figure out any issue.
What are the stages of our partnership?

What are the system requirements?
Speaking about the equipment, you need to buy it yourself : Meta Quest 3 or Pico 4 are recommended (128 GB RAM is enough)
Plus you need a Wi-Fi router (Xiaomi AX 6000+, TPLink Archer C64+, Xiaomi AX 9000. The main requirements will be Support of MU-MIMO, 802.11 ac, CPU 1.4 MHz) and a tablet (Xiaomi pad 5 will be perfect but Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+, Google Pixel Tablet are also possible. The main requirements will be 6 GB RAM, 3000 MHz CPU (Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 or higher)
What about marketing?
After signing the contract with the software you will receive access to all of our franchising materials, including promo videos, photos, banners for the walls, printing materials, etc. All of this will help you to easily start your new business.
What is the Start Up tariff?
A Start Up plan is a good option, if you want to reduce your initial investments and test the product on your audience. It includes 10000 minutes, so as soon as you run out of this it is necessary to renew the subscription. This option works for each type of arena and number of players, but you should remember that the app counts the minutes of usage from every player, which is in the game. Thus if you want to build a strong long-term partnership it is better to consider one of our unlimited subscriptions for 6-24 months.
